Cat rent: $25/mo.

Small dog rent (<25 lbs): $25/mo.

​

Medium dog rent (25-75 lbs): $50/mo.

​

Large dog rent (>75 lbs): $75/mo.

​

Renter's insurance required.

​

A picture of each pet is required upon approval.

​

Fish and other animals are allowed pending approval. 

​

Restricted breeds include (but are not limited to) any mix of the following:

• Akita

• Mastiff

• Chow Chow

• Doberman Pinscher

• German Shepherd

• Great Dane

• Rottweiler

• Wolf-dog Hybrid
